I consult on projects large and small, from designing and building your dream custom wine cellar to cataloguing to learning the joys of tasting for fun! I am here to help you, no matter your knowledge level or budget. Maybe you don’t know how to explain what kinds of wine you like (we can figure it out together!), or you feel embarrassed or shy walking into a wine shop or ordering from a restaurant wine list (I can empower you!), or you just want to understand a little bit more about either certain varieties or regions of the world (I can help you with this!). I can provide custom wine pairings for epically special dinner parties or even just for Wednesday night dinners at home. We can talk about which wines pair well with which foods, and why; we can discuss which wines are great to keep for the long haul and which are best to drink now.

If you are further down your wine knowledge path, and ready to take a deeper dive into collecting, I’m also available to help you to build and maintain a well stocked and organized home collection. Never “lose” a wine again! I love cataloguing and organizing those bottles. I can help you figure out how to round out your collection, or guide you towards good bargains or wines in your preferred style.
